Printing in Excel

It is possible to print with Excel, however it is important to acknowledge that you should consider the width of the file as a whole (if your printer can only print A4 pages).Click on File (after you have opened the file you want to print)

 

ribbonClick Print.click print

Press Print.

portrait orientation

Note: If the document content’s width is too bred, or too high for the A4, then you could change the portrait orientation, which is marked in red. This would be effective if the rows are short, but the width are breeder.
